When I joined Mendix, the creative team was lean; 1 person lean (me). 'But I joined Mendix because I believed in the powerful product, the great people there, and I could see the vision of the brand. While at Mendix, we grew the brand and marketing creative team by 4x, that would complete over 500 projects within their first year including 2 major site redesigns, a brand guide, 2 company kickoffs, and 4 marketing campaigns.
